Stephen Fretwell, say hello again to the online world!

Surfing around, I encountered a beautiful song written and performed by Stephen Fretwell, a musician who appears to have created more than just that one beautiful song: at least one EP and two albums. First listening exposure through YouTube reveals an artist with warm honesty in his voice and playing. As I tried to locate where he's at right now (new album? touring? other?), it appeared the last signs on the internet from him date some years back. There are some messages of fans asking him for a sign or an update, but it remains awfully quiet. In the meantime, I decided to do some illegal downloading to try and get to swiftly listen to one of his albums. When the download was almost in, but temporarily stuck, only one song was in yet, called 'Dead'. Now, I'm not a superstitious person, and I do strongly believe coincidence is more omnipresent than our constantly structuring brains make us believe, but I didn't like how this got back to my gut feeling. More importantly, it feels terrible to find a beautiful musician and then get the semblance of him having disappeared off the face of the earth. So, to make this semblance disappear, I'm on the lookout for a sign.
